Step 2:-

After the installation of the app, open it and ou can now either select a GIF wallpaper from the predefined set of  9 different categories or you can select a GIF from your smartphone that you have already downloaded.

Step 3:-

After selecting your favourite GIF wallpaper you cn just directly set it as your wallpaper or use the built in built in customization options available in the app like resizing the wallpaper, changing its background colour etc.

Step 4:-

After doing all the customization just click on the tick mark at the top right corner and reposition wallpaper according to your choice and set it as your al new GIF wallpaper.
